Though the
K Group has conducted hundreds of focus groups, we continue to produce
the freshest, most meaningful insights, specifically tailored to your
unique problems and goals.
How do we
do this? Through a secret formula we call the Immersion-Plus Factor.
(We don’t actually call it that - we just thought it sounded good.)
Immersion:

need your briefs... (not those!) – We’re talking your creative
briefs, package briefs, design briefs, advertising briefs, etc.

about?

want to understand your “big picture” business and marketing goals
and ensure that your immediate goals are in line with them

want to know what’s on your mind, big and small.

When
we know what you know – and what you want to gain - we can design
and implement the most valuable research possible.
The
Plus: As an extra measure, when feasible, we include another
professional (usually a marketer) in the back room with you.
This
person actively participates in the process, providing an additional
layer of professional support to your research experience.
He or she
will answer your questions, help write concepts, take notes, assist with
managing the project and share his or her unique perspective on findings
and strategy.
